I had a fun stay here. the breakfast was amazing with lots of delicious local options, and they even had blue seal ice cream! However, I found myself a bit disappointed that I had to pay extra for pool access, which is unusual. Overall, I'd totally come back again despite the pool fee!

great base for exploring american village and nearby parks

during my recent stay, I loved how close we were to American Village, where vibrant shops and restaurants are just a short stroll away. The scenic Chatan Park offered beautiful views just a little over 1 km from the hotel, making it perfect for leisurely walks.

The spacious Junior Suite with Sunset View was great for our family of five, and the location near America Village was a plus for shopping and dining. Enjoyed the onsen with ocean views, providing a relaxing experience. However, the hotel charged extra for additional breakfasts, which felt a bit excessive.

this hotel is an absolute disgrace. weak water pressure was just the cherry on top of a stay where beds were so hard, I thought I was camping. to top it off, I paid over a $1000 for extra services, yet no complimentary items were offered. I almost wrote a nice review, but just couldn’t.

It was just a perfect match for a city trip in Chatan with best value for money ratio. The friendly staff helped me set up a private bike rental which made exploring easier and fun. Make sure to get the breakfast coupons sorted out on arrival to avoid confusion later.

Spacious room, convenient location, great amenities, our Junior Suite with Sunset View was perfect for our family of four, and the easy access to the nearby beach and America Village made our stay even more enjoyable, complemented by the free parking from the hotel.

Family friendly but not cheap

The front desk staff was super engaging and recommended the most delicious local restaurants, it made our late lunch an adventure! The balcony view was breathtaking! we watched fireworks night after night, it was like a private show.

It wasn't inexpensive, though the experience made it justifiable.
